The main tasks of the Center for External Communications and PR (hereinafter referred to as the Center) are:

• Improving a unified information policy aimed at creating and strengthening the positive image of the Atyrau University of Oil and Gas named after Safi Utebayev;
• Developing information campaigns and PR events;
• Content management and coordination of internal university media (audio and TV production, official website);
• Coordinating information received by the Center, facilitating communication among all university departments (news), conveying the University administration's policies to staff, faculty, and students, highlighting best practices, methods of adoption, discussing issues, and producing promotional videos.
