Recruiting, Marketing and Career Center


The center implements the following tasks in the field:         

Recruiting:

  • development of the University's interaction with educational organizations of secondary general education and secondary vocational education;
  • organization of meetings, presentations for parents and graduates of educational institutions of secondary general education and secondary vocational education (2 times a year, in November and March);
  • organization of the Days of the profession for students of educational institutions of secondary general education and secondary vocational education (once a month);
  • organization of posting information regarding admission issues for applicants on the AOGU website;
  • distribution and placement of newsletters (2 times a year, in October and May);
  • work of the selection committee (from June to September):
  • 1) processing of requests (telephone, Internet) and feedback; 2) the conclusion of contracts for paid education; 3) consulting support for applicants on the admission procedure and preparation of documents (call-center, University website, social networks); 4) organization of admission of documents of applicants, formation of the contingent (enrollment) of those who entered the University, conclusion of contracts;
  • formation of an information base with data of graduates of educational institutions of secondary general education and secondary vocational education in the CRM system;
  • analysis of the completed annual plan (in September): the number of attracted graduates of schools and colleges, collection of statistics among those who entered and identifying the reasons for not entering the University;
  • ensuring the work of the call-center of the Admissions Committee;
  • development of a new annual work plan (in September).

Marketing:

  • development and implementation of a system of measures for the formation, development and promotion of the University brand, strengthening the image of the University;
  • preparation of media materials (presentations, videos, posters / stands, poster), preparation of handouts, decoration of events;
  • calculation of value marketing indicators: distribution of marketing investments, cost of attracting a client, conversion, LTV (once a year);
  • conducting surveys among graduates of educational institutions of secondary general education and secondary vocational education, and students of AOGU and other stakeholders, as well as analyzing the opinion of consumers about the educational services of the University (once every 6 months);
  • market segmentation: definition of the target audience of the University and its main characteristics.

Careers:

  • work with databases of professional practices;
  • formation of a database of graduates;
  • cooperation with enterprises and organizations-potential employers, receiving from them up-to-date information on available and expected vacancies in the future;
  • establishing and maintaining contacts with HR departments of companies;
  • advising students and graduates on employment and practice, including writing a resume, preparing for an interview, looking for work on the Internet, mailing out their questionnaires and resumes;
  • conducting career guidance events: job fairs, master classes, training seminars, conferences, competitions with the participation of representatives of employing companies (from October to April);
  • placement on the Internet resource of information regarding the organization of practices, dual education, promotion of employment of students and employment of graduates;
  • assistance to students in the preparation and execution of documents for dual training and passing industrial practices;
  • keeping records of students under the program "Мәңгілік ел жастары индустрияға" - "Серпін - 2050", state order and targeted training;
  • formation and support of the project "100 youth personnel reserve of AOGU";
  • keeping statistics on the employment of graduates.
