The third area of activity of the Institute of Advanced Training and Continuing Education (IATCE) is the organization of online learning (MOOC) for students.

Under the Cooperation Agreement with Ufa State Petroleum Technological University (USPTU), IATCE coordinates the process of application submission and provides support for undergraduate students participating in 63 open online courses available on the USPTU learning platform. These courses were developed by the USPTU faculty.

As a result of this initiative, equal opportunities and tools have been created for acquiring new competencies, eliminating academic backlogs, and recognizing previously completed courses or disciplines. To date, over 200 students have successfully completed course requirements and received certificates.
