A Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between Utebayev University and Beijing Petroleum University

Today in Astana, within the framework of the International Strategic Partners Forum “Kazakhstan — the Territory of Academic Education”, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Utebayev University and Beijing Petroleum University (China).
