“KazMunayGas” Representatives Visited the Utebayev University Training Ground

Today, members of the Board of Directors of JSC “National Company KazMunayGas” — Uzakbai Suleimenovich Karabalin and Armanbai Saparbaevich Zhubayev — paid a working visit to Safi Utebayev Atyrau University of Oil and Gas.

The distinguished guests were welcomed by the Chair of the Management Board – Rector of the University, Gulzada Shakulikova, and the General Director of JSC “Embimunaigas,” Rinat Izmukhanbet. The delegation was introduced to the university’s training ground and its modern educational and research infrastructure aimed at developing students’ practical skills.

During the visit, the guests visited the safety training room, chemical analysis laboratory, and production and mechanical workshops, and gave high praise to the potential of the training ground.

Deputy Chairman of the KAZENERGY Association and member of the Board of Directors of KazMunayGas, Uzakbai Karabalin, emphasized the important role of the university in training qualified specialists for the oil and gas industry and assured further support for the development of the training ground.

This project is the first of its kind among universities in Kazakhstan. The industrial-innovative training ground, established with the support of JSC “Embimunaigas,” is aimed at the practical training of engineering and technical personnel for the oil and gas sector.
