We are pleased to welcome the new Head of the International Office — Zhomart Akmor — to the team of S. Utebayev Atyrau University of Oil and Gas.

Ms. Akmor holds a Master’s degree from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and brings over seven years of experience in the public service sector. Her areas of specialization include international law and public policy.

Throughout her professional career, Ms. Akmor has been actively involved in promoting international cooperation in science and higher education, representing Kazakhstan's interests on the global stage. Her portfolio includes work on intergovernmental and interagency agreements, organizing delegation visits, and facilitating official events with partners from Central Asia, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and Singapore.

With her knowledge, experience, and dedication, Ms. Akmor is expected to make a significant contribution to strengthening our university’s international partnerships and advancing strategic initiatives in higher education.
