UTEBAYEV UNIVERSITY Opens Partnership with Huanghe University

The delegation from Huanghe Science and Technology University, located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, People's Republic of China, visited UTEBAYEV UNIVERSITY during their official trip to Atyrau.

The delegation was led by the university president, Hu Shiqian. The meeting was also attended by Qia Hongbo, Chairman of the China International Education Foundation.

During the meeting, discussions focused on establishing cooperation between the two universities, academic exchange, joint scientific projects, as well as developing international programs connecting students and faculty members.

“Atyrau Oil and Gas University considers international cooperation as one of its strategic priorities. Especially, establishing a partnership with a country like China, which has achieved significant advancements in science and technology, is a great opportunity. We are ready to build mutually beneficial, long-term, and productive relationships,” said Gulzada Shakulikova, Rector of UTEBAYEV UNIVERSITY.
