KPI Welcomed Students under the Dual Education Program

KPI has launched a dual education program at its production site. The program involves students from three educational institutions: Utebayev University, Atyrau Polytechnic College, and APEC PetroTechnic Higher College.

Currently, students from Utebayev University and Atyrau Polytechnic College have started their studies. They are assigned to the PP, PDH, TORO, SGE, and OZH production units, where they are learning about technological processes and gaining practical skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.

The main goal of the dual education program is to develop students’ professional competencies and to strengthen the human resources potential for the oil and gas chemical industry. KPI continues to actively support initiatives aimed at training highly qualified specialists for the region.
