Success of Young Innovators
Students of the “Chemical Technology of Organic Substances” educational program at UTEBAYEV UNIVERSITY achieved outstanding results at the national innovation competition Hackathon-2025 held in Almaty, taking second place.
Hackathon-2025 is a significant scientific platform aimed at developing new technologies and digital solutions among students of the country's leading technical universities. This year, the competition was hosted by Satbayev University, bringing together talented youth and young researchers from across Kazakhstan.
The UTEBAYEV UNIVERSITY team included Nuray Kumar, Albina Bolat, and Raiymbek Maksotov. The team’s scientific supervisor was Assistant Professor, PhD Gulden Temirkhanova. During the competition, the students successfully presented and defended their innovative research project, receiving high praise from the panel of judges and experts.
As a result, the UTEBAYEV UNIVERSITY team won second place and was awarded a Hackathon-2025 certificate worth 750,000 KZT. This achievement highlights the strong research potential of the university’s students and their ability to effectively apply modern technologies.
