Step into Digital Learning: Domestic AI Platform Introduced at Atyrau University

Atyrau University of Oil and Gas named after S. Utebayev is preparing to launch a new corporate platform. In this regard, the official presentation of Shai.pro, a modern program based on advanced technologies and artificial intelligence, was held, the Regional Communications Service reports.

Shai.pro is a next-generation artificial intelligence platform. It enables companies and organizations to build an AI ecosystem, automate repetitive tasks, ensure data security, and manage corporate knowledge. The AI laboratory within the platform adapts leading language models, tests new technologies and scientific innovations, and develops practical solutions for business.

“Currently, digitalization processes are being actively implemented at our university. A subject on the fundamentals of artificial intelligence has been introduced for all academic programs. In addition, our faculty and students have enhanced their qualifications in AI through Coursera, Astana Hub, and Huawei training platforms, earning respective certificates,” – noted University Vice-Rector Nurken Akhmetov.

Today, the Shai.pro project team consists of more than 50 specialists. The company has been operating for over 5 years, with headquarters in the UK, USA, and Singapore. In Kazakhstan, the project has been successfully running for two years.
