The Board of Directors is the governing body of a non-profit joint-stock company "Atyrau Oil and Gas University named after Safi Utebayev" ( hereinafter - the Company ), in charge of the general management of the Company, except for the issues, related law and the Charter to the exclusive competence of the Sole Shareholder. The Board of Directors of the Company in exercising its powers is guided by the norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of the Company, this Regulation, decisions of the Sole Shareholder.
