Center for quality control of the educational process using distance learning technologies

The purpose of the Center for the quality of the educational process using distance learning technologies is to organize and coordinate the educational activities of faculties and quality control of the educational process using DLT.

The Center for Quality Control of the educational process with the use of DLT is guided by:

• The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" dated July 27, 2007, No. 319-III (with amendments and additions as of July 07, 2020);
• Rules for the organization of the educational process on distance learning technologies. Order of the Minister of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2015 No. 137. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 22, 2015 No. 10768;
• The model regulations on the organization of educational process on credit technology of education, approved by order of the Minister of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 24.04.2011, No. 152 (made to change with the order of the Minister of education and science of Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 12, 2018 No. 563);
• The order on approval of state compulsory standards of higher and postgraduate education on October 31, 2018 No. 604, applications 7,8 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 17669);
• Model rules of activities of educational institutions, implementing educational programs of higher and postgraduate education according to the Annex 5 approved by order of the MES RK from 30.10.2018 No. 595;
• The Charter of the University, orders and orders of the Chairman of the Board-Rector of the University;
• Internal regulatory documents on the quality management system and this Regulation.
