Instructions for students on the final certification passage

Complex exam:

1. From May 25, to prepare for the final certification, download the complex exam questions from the “Univer” system.
2. From May 30, get acquainted with the consultation schedule in the “Univer” system.
3. From June 1 to June 6, participate in accordance with the schedule in the consultation on preparation for the complex exam on-line on the Microsoft Teams platform.
4. From June 5, get acquainted with the distribution of students by days of the complex exam in the "Univer" system.
5. If it is not possible to connect to the Internet a week before the comprehensive exam through the available channels, inform the head of the department.
6. On the day of the complex exam:

- check the connections of the video and audio cameras 20 minutes before the start of the exam;

- before passing the exam for mandatory identification, it is necessary to demonstrate an identity card on a webcam, providing a clear image of the photo, surname, name, and IIN;

- do not turn off the camera during and until the end of the exam;

- do not violate the schedule of time allotted for the exam;

- do not use any aids (cribs, books or other educational and auxiliary information on the relevant discipline), except for an identity card and a pen;

Thesis (project) / master's thesis:

1. From June 5, get acquainted with the distribution of students by defense days in the "Univer" system.
2. Complete the check for plagiarism 5 calendar days before the defense (via the corporate mail of the person in charge (a.aronova@aogu.edu.kz).
3. Submit, 5 calendar days before the defense, a review, a certificate of passing a plagiarism check and a thesis (project) / master's thesis in electronic format to the technical secretary's mail.
4. If it is not possible to connect to the Internet 1 week before protection through available channels, inform the head of the department.
5. On the day of defense:

- check the connections of the video and audio camera 20 minutes before the start;

- before protection for mandatory identification of the person, it is necessary to show an identity card on the webcam, providing a clear image of the photo, surname, name and IIN;

- make a report online with an interactive presentation;

- do not violate the schedule of time allotted for defense.
