TO THE READERS AND AUTHORS OF THE MAGAZINE "BULLETIN OF THE ATYRAU OIL AND GAS UNIVERSITY NAMED AFTER S. UTEBAEV"

Scientific journal “Bulletin of Atyrau Oil and Gas University named after S. Utebayev "is registered with the Ministry of Culture, Information and Public Consent of the Republic of Kazakhstan (certificate No. 16734-z of 08.11.2017), included in the Catalog of Kazpost JSC with the assignment of a subscription index 75185 for organizing a subscription. The bulletin is registered with the Paris Book Chamber and has the international code ISSN 1683 - 1675. The journal is published in the last month of each quarter. The scientific quarterly publication is addressed to scientists, teachers, students, undergraduates, doctoral students, employees of republican bodies of state and local government, public organizations, all categories of the population of the republic interested in issues of technical, social and legal, economic and innovative development of countries of the world scientific community. Articles of a scientific and practical nature in the state, Russian and English languages in the following areas are accepted for publication in the journal: technique and technology; natural Sciences; social sciences and humanities; information technology in the oil and gas complex, economics, management. Materials for publication and passage of the expert commission are accepted until the 1st day of the last month of each quarter (March 1, June 1, September 1, December 1).


RULES FOR AUTHORS

The editorial board asks the authors to be guided by the following rules when preparing articles for publication in the journal. Conditions for publishing publications in the journal. Articles in Kazakh, Russian and English languages containing previously unpublished problematic, review, discussion articles in the field of natural and technical sciences, where the results of fundamental and applied research are highlighted and accepted for publication. also reviews, chronicles of scientific life and many others are published. The following requirements are imposed on the design of articles. The volume of the article, including the list of references, tables and figures with captions, annotations, should not exceed 15 pages of printed text. The minimum article size for technical areas is 5 pages, natural - 3 pages. The editorial office must submit an electronic version of the article in full accordance with the printout. The file name must begin with the last name of the first author in Latin (for example, Ivanov.doc (rtf)); The pages of the article should be numbered. UDC code is indicated. The text should be typed in the Word program of any version, submitted on a CD or other medium, or sent by e-mail to vestnik@aogu.edu.kz. Text font - Times New Roman, size 12 pt, line spacing - single. Paragraph indentation - 1.25 cm. Top margins - 2, bottom - 2, left - 2, right - 2. The typeface is normal. In tables, figures, formulas, there should be no discrepancies in the designation of symbols, signs. Drawings should be clear and clean. There should be links to figures and tables in the text. The number of formulas in the text should be minimal. Formulas must be typed in the appropriate editor (for mathematical and chemical formulas). Tables must be titled, no empty columns are allowed. Abbreviations and symbols should be explained in a note. Illustrative materials are submitted in the following formats: for photos, drawings - tiff or jepg (300 dpi for black and white and color); graphs, diagrams. The surname of the author, the title of the article and the number of the figure are indicated on the back of the figure or under it. Illustrations can be placed in the text. Figure captions are given in a separate list at the end of the article. At the end of the article, the manuscript is signed by all authors. The list of references should be drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of drawing up ". References to sources in the text of the article are given only in square brackets (without citation [12], when citing or retelling the author's text [12, p. 29]). References in the article are numbered according to the ordinal number of the source in the article reference list. Archival materials are not included in the list; references to them are placed in the text in parentheses. When using in the article sources from electronic resources or remote access (Internet), the bibliographic record of the source and a link to a network resource with a full network address on the Internet are provided in the list of references. All articles submitted to the editorial office are reviewed. The editors reserve the right to make editorial changes to the text that do not distort the meaning of the article.
