Social project "Mangilik el zhastary industriyaga!" – "Serpin"

The main goals of the "Serpin-2050" program

• "Serpin-2050" project gives youth the desire to become competitive;

• helps young people to strengthen relationships, to reveal creative possibilities (abilities);

• the project ensures an equal distribution of labor across the country;

• attracts young specialists from regions with an excess of labor resources to regions experiencing a shortage of personnel.

Social project "Мәңгілік елжастары – индустрияға!" - "Серпін-2050"

The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev proposed the idea of the Universal Labor Society, as an alternative, instead of the concept of a consumer society widespread in the 60s of the last century, indicating the way to solve the problems of the country's socio-economic development during the crisis at the global level in the program “Social modernization Kazakhstan: 20 Steps to the Universal Labor Society”. In addition, “We are creating jobs in the country, building new production facilities. Therefore, you have to go where there is work. ”- he noted. Based on the idea of the head of state, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted a program for youth. Today the State program " Мәңгілік елжастары – индустрияға " is an initiative to support youth.

Since 2015, the Atyrau Oil and Gas University has accepted students in order to implement the state program " Мәңгілік елжастары – индустрияға " - "Серпін-2050". The goal of the program is to train and employ young people from the southern region of the country with a surplus of labor resources in the north, west and east of Kazakhstan, in regions experiencing a shortage of personnel. In the 2016-2017 academic year, 406 students from 5 regions of Kazakhstan are studying at the Atyrau Oil and Gas University under the "Серпін-2050" program.
